The Story
How Preptix Started
Preptix was founded by active e-commerce sellers who experienced firsthand how unreliable 3PLs can damage store performance. Late scan-ins, delayed shipments, and inconsistent handling led to lost rankings and frustrated customers.
Instead of accepting those issues, we brought fulfillment in-house. Once operations were controlled, shipping became consistent, scan-ins improved, and overall store performance changed dramatically.
Preptix was built to provide that same stability and reliability to other sellers.
